The Ukrainian Red Cross responds to the attack in Dnipro

The emergency response team of the Ukrainian Red Cross in the Dnipro region worked at the impact sites alongside other emergency services. Volunteers assessed the affected areas and responded to locations flagged by emergency calls to evaluate the situation and provide first aid.

During the response, the team operated under heightened risk due to repeated air raid alerts. Despite this, volunteers continued to check all possible impact sites and provide assistance where needed.

Later, the Ukrainian Red Cross distributed humanitarian aid to those affected, including blankets, emergency kits, tarpaulins, and transit hygiene kits.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the large-scale Russian attack in Dnipro caused fires in residential buildings and an educational facility. Multi-storey and private houses, a religious institution, businesses, and vehicles were damaged, and there are injured people.
