The Ukrainian Red Cross continues to recruit participants for its online training with career support as part of the Reboot programme.
Today, IT is not only about opportunities, but also about expectations. Employers are looking for specialists with practical skills and a readiness to start working immediately. That is why the programme combines training with support in finding employment.
As part of the programme, you can choose one of the following tracks: Python, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design, or Frontend Development.
You will also receive support to help you reach your goal:
- A career advisor — to help you define your starting point, prepare your CV, and get ready for interviews
- A psychologist — to support you through change and help maintain motivation
- Training — aligned with current labour market demands in 2026
