The Ukrainian Red Cross strengthens a culture of integrity across its branches

In Kropyvnytskyi, a training session on preventing fraud and corruption was held for the staff of the Kirovohrad regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross.

During the session, participants were introduced to the Ukrainian Red Cross approach to risk management, principles for preventing corruption and fraud, and the role of the Code of Conduct as the foundation of ethical practice. Particular attention was given to the Integrity Line mechanism, conflict of interest management, and personal data protection.

Practical exercises formed an important part of the training, helping participants better understand real-life challenges and develop solutions for everyday work.

The training was delivered by specialists from the Risk Management Department, with support from the International Committee of the Red Cross.
