In Dnipro, the Ukrainian Red Cross responded to another attack on a residential area of the city

The emergency response team of the Ukrainian Red Cross in the Dnipro region, together with emergency services, assisted affected people. Volunteers carried out door-to-door assessments of damaged buildings, provided first aid to the injured, and evacuated two wounded individuals to medical facilities. They also supported rescue teams in recovering the body of a deceased person from the rubble.

Volunteers also provided on-site support, including psychological first aid to affected people and their families.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, one person was killed and 11 others, including a child, were injured following a Russian strike on a residential area in Dnipro. A five-storey dormitory was damaged, and a fire broke out on the roof.
