In Odesa, the Ukrainian Red Cross provided assistance to the affected people at the strike site

The emergency response team of the Ukrainian Red Cross in the Odesa region worked alongside the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and other specialised services at the sites of the attack in Odesa.

At the first location, volunteers conducted a search of the area and damaged buildings, provided first aid to two injured people, and psychological first aid to five others.

At another location, volunteers provided first aid to five injured people, and two individuals were evacuated to the hospital.

Humanitarian assistance in the form of OSB boards was distributed on-site to residents whose homes had been damaged.

Аccording to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, following a Russian morning attack, a multi-storey residential building was struck, resulting in eight deaths and 16 injuries. A fire broke out, causing significant damage, and some apartments were completely destroyed. In addition, the attack damaged residential buildings, a port infrastructure facility, warehouse premises, and three five-storey dormitory buildings.
