In Zaporizhzhia, the Ukrainian Red Cross is responding at the site of an attack

The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Zaporizhzhia region worked at the site of another strike on the city alongside municipal emergency services. Volunteers conducted door-to-door visits in the affected area to identify people who had been injured or otherwise affected. First aid was provided to four people, while a further 12 affected individuals and their relatives received psychological first aid.

Response activities will continue today, including the planned distribution of humanitarian assistance to people affected by the attack.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, on 11 March Russian forces carried out airstrikes on Zaporizhzhia. As a result, a private house was damaged and a fire broke out in an open area.
