In January, the Ukrainian Red Cross, in cooperation with the UMIND NGO, delivered a series of educational webinars for women entrepreneurs as part of the Supporting Women’s Economic Empowerment in Ukraine programme
A total of 430 women from different regions of the country participated in the events.
The educational series opened with the lecture “How to Find Creative Ideas for Large-Scale Projects.” The speaker, Anastasiia Zubchenko, Creative Director of Sensy buro and UMIND, explained how to develop creativity through systematic practice, explore audience needs, and shape strong ideas. “To succeed in the creative field, there is no need to wait for better times — it is more effective to start implementing your idea now,” she emphasised.
The second webinar, “The Art of Inner Balance: Techniques for Healing from Anxiety and Stress,” was led by crisis psychologist Kateryna Krylenko. She shared practical tools for strengthening mental resilience and self-help techniques that help maintain focus and productivity in challenging circumstances.
The January series concluded with the training session “Business Social Media from A to Z.” During the session, Svitlana Kravchenko, Head of Digital at the Defence Procurement Agency DOT of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, explained how to build an effective SMM strategy, create relevant content, and strengthen a brand’s online presence.
These events combined strategic thinking, care for psychological resilience, and practical business promotion tools — knowledge that enables women entrepreneurs to confidently grow their businesses and adapt to the challenges of today’s market.
