Kyiv Heating Points in Action: Report from the United News Telethon

To help people cope with freezing temperatures and power outages, the Ukrainian Red Cross is setting up heating points across Kyiv. Local residents can receive essential support, including warming up, having a hot drink, and charging mobile phones. Volunteers pay special attention to older people, families with children, and those most in need during periods of energy instability.
