Online training: “The Art of Inner Balance: Techniques for Healing from Anxiety and Stress”

How can you regain balance and learn to manage stress? We will explore this at the online training “The Art of Inner Balance: Techniques for Healing from Anxiety and Stress”.

Stress and anxiety have become common features of today’s reality, but do we always know how to recognise them and respond appropriately? During this session, we invite participants to take a practical look at personal wellbeing — treating inner calm as an important project that requires time, attention and the right tools.

Practical skills participants will gain:

  • how to clearly distinguish between stress and anxiety;
  • techniques for immediate self-support, including box breathing, grounding and distancing exercises, and the “five senses” method;
  • ways to work with intrusive thoughts using the “Cloud” and “Tram” exercises;
  • an understanding of how to protect and restore personal resources in the long term in order to prevent burnout.

Speaker: Kateryna Krylenko, crisis psychologist. She will explain the physiology of stress and provide step-by-step guidance on recovery and self-regulation.
