Тwo mobile warming centres operated in Brovary and Zazymia over a two-day period

Following another large-scale attack on Kyiv and the Kyiv region, many people were left without electricity, water and heating

To support the population amid the disruption of essential services, the Ukrainian Red Cross established warming centres in communities across the Kyiv region.

In particular, two mobile warming centres operated in Brovary and Zazymia over a two-day period. These were set up by volunteers from the emergency response team of the National Committee of the Ukrainian Red Cross. During this time, more than 100 people sought assistance. The centres provided a safe space to keep warm, access hot drinks, charge mobile phones, and take a short rest.

In Vyshhorod, two additional warming centres have continued operating for a second consecutive day. They were deployed by the Kyiv regional emergency response team of the Ukrainian Red Cross. Local residents are receiving all necessary assistance, including warmth, hot drinks and the opportunity to charge their mobile devices.

The Ukrainian Red Cross continues to stand alongside people, supporting communities during the most challenging times.
