The Ukrainian Red Cross took part in a coordination meeting hosted by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, together with representatives of UN humanitarian organisations, focused on preparedness for potential prolonged power outages

The meeting addressed coordination of response efforts in crisis situations, ensuring continuity of assistance to the population, and safeguarding access to life-saving services, particularly for vulnerable groups — both in frontline regions and in other parts of Ukraine.

Such cooperation enables partners to prepare in advance for emerging challenges and to respond in a coordinated manner, ensuring that people receive the support they need in a timely way.
