The Reboot team joins an event bringing together business, government and civil society – “Business! Government! Volunteers/CSOs”

In the Lviv region, specialists from the Reboot programme — including teams from the Lviv regional branch and the Online Service of the Ukrainian Red Cross — took part in an event that brought together more than 250 representatives of the private sector, public authorities, volunteer initiatives and civil society organisations.

Participants discussed how cross-sector cooperation can improve access to services for internally displaced persons, veterans, families of military personnel, older people and persons with disabilities. The discussions also focused on the role of business, international partnerships and joint solutions in supporting communities during the war.

During a dedicated working meeting, the Reboot programme team and the Coordination Centre for the Support of the Civilian Population of the Lviv Regional Military Administration agreed on a cooperation framework to ensure that people in need can more quickly receive referrals and case support through the programme. This includes assistance with job searches, CV preparation, retraining, psychological support and career transition.

Support will be available through both the Lviv regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross and the Online Service, which operates nationwide.

For the Ukrainian Red Cross, such cooperation is an important step towards improving access to assistance and strengthening a coordinated and systematic approach to supporting people across different regions. Joint institutional efforts enable a faster response to community needs and create broader opportunities for recovery, stability and sustainable community development across Ukraine.
