Volunteers from the emergency response team of the Ukrainian Red Cross in the Odesa region worked at the site following another attack on the city

A Ukrainian Red Cross assistance point was set up, providing psychological first aid and distributing humanitarian aid. Local residents and emergency personnel could also have hot tea and charge their mobile phones. Volunteers remained on standby throughout to offer immediate first aid.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that one person was injured, transport infrastructure was damaged, and windows were blown out in a five-storey residential building as a result of the attack.
