Ukrainian Red Cross Provides Assistance Following Attack in Zaporizhzhia

Last night, Zaporizhzhia was once again subjected to an attack. The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Zaporizhzhia region promptly arrived at the site and, together with other emergency services, provided essential assistance. One person received first aid from volunteers, while five others were provided with psychological first aid.

Volunteers from the Zaporizhzhia regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross also provided affected residents with humanitarian aid, including food and hygiene kits.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, a Russian UAV strike targeted a nine-storey residential building in Zaporizhzhia. Three people were injured, and four apartments on the 5th and 6th floors caught fire as a result of the attack.
