Dnipro: Ukrainian Red Cross Provides Assistance Following Missile Strike

Volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Dnipro region provided first aid at the site of the strike in Dnipro. Those affected received immediate medical assistance and were handed over to ambulance crews for hospitalisation.

A humanitarian assistance point is currently operating on site, where the team of the Dnipro city branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross is providing drinking water, blankets, tea and coffee to those affected. First aid and psychosocial support are also being provided as needed.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the Russian missile strike on the city killed four people, and a further 27 were injured. A service station and a commercial enterprise were damaged, and the roof of a house and a garage caught fire.
