Another large-scale attack on Kyiv and the Kyiv region

In Kyiv, the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team operated at two locations. Volunteers conducted a search of the area to identify people affected and provided first aid to the injured. More than 20 people also received psychological first aid.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that residential buildings were struck in the Russian attack. Six people were killed, and another 13 were injured.
- Kyiv Region
In Bila Tserkva, volunteers from the Bila Tserkva unit of the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Kyiv region set up an assistance point. First aid and psychological support are being provided there. People affected and emergency responders can have some tea and warm up.
The State Emergency Service reported that a four-storey residential building was damaged by the Russian strike. A child was injured.
Emergency and rescue operations are ongoing.
