Kharkiv: Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Kharkiv region, working alongside other emergency services, responded to the site of the attack

Volunteers conducted assessments of damaged buildings and surrounding areas to locate affected individuals, provided first aid, handed over the injured to medical personnel, and facilitated their transport to local medical facilities. Psychological first aid was also provided on-site.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, preliminary reports indicate that eight people were injured following a Russian guided bomb strike on the Industrial District of Kharkiv. The impact caused a fire at a vehicle company and damage to warehouse buildings belonging to a private enterprise.
