For the second night in a row, Kyiv has come under heavy attack: Тhe Ukrainian Red Cross is providing assistance at the site of the strike on the capital

The emergency response team from the National Committee of the Ukrainian Red Cross promptly arrived at the scene and, together with other emergency services, joined efforts to respond to the aftermath of the attack. Volunteers conducted door-to-door visits in the affected building and, in coordination with first responders, helped evacuate residents from the damaged part of the building. First aid was provided to six injured people, and another four received psychological first aid.

A Ukrainian Red Cross relief point is operating at the site, where affected people, their relatives, and emergency workers involved in response operations can receive necessary support, have a cup of hot tea, and charge their devices.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, 29 people were injured in the Russian drone attack, including seven children. Three people were killed. One of the impact sites, located in the Desnianskyi district, saw a fire break out in a nine-storey residential building, from which 13 people were rescued from the upper floors. At another location, a drone strike hit a sixteen-storey building, shattering windows from the first to the ninth floor.
