Video: Supporting those who wait — activities of the Tracing Service in Kharkiv region

In September 2022, Raisa received her last phone call from her daughter. The last known information was that her daughter was travelling to Kherson for a medical examination due to a suspected cancer diagnosis. Since then, there has been no news. Raisa now lives alone.

She is continually supported by Nataliia, a specialist from the Tracing Service, who helps her through these difficult times. As part of a cash assistance programme implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross in partnership with the British Red Cross, Raisa received support that enabled her to arrange suitable accommodation.
