Evacuation Continues from Frontline Communities in the Dnipro Region
Every day, Ukrainian Red Cross teams assist people in leaving dangerous areas.
In September alone, volunteers from the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Dnipro region evacuated 84 residents from frontline villages and small towns. Among them were people with limited mobility, elderly individuals, and families with children for whom the journey to a safe place was an opportunity to find peace once again.
We do everything we can to ensure everyone receives care and support during evacuation. Our volunteers assist people in boarding transport and accompany them throughout the journey.
