Ukrainian Red Cross volunteers provided assistance at the site of the attack in Zaporizhzhia
Yesterday evening, the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Zaporizhzhia region, working alongside other rescue services, responded to the scene of yet another strike on the city. Volunteers provided first aid and psychological first aid to those affected and assisted emergency workers in their operations.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, four people were injured in the Russian drone attack on the evening of 6 September, one of whom was rescued from the rubble. Residential buildings and a kindergarten were partially destroyed, and a fire broke out, affecting an area of approximately 80 square metres.
