In the Ivano-Frankivsk region, nearly 80 participants have begun a new phase of training as part of the Ukrainian Red Cross’s Reboot programme

Residents of the Ivano-Frankivsk region who are currently seeking employment are taking part in training through the “Reboot: Expanding Employment Opportunities” programme. The Ukrainian Red Cross, with support from the Spanish Red Cross and Swiss Red Cross, has launched a new phase of the initiative to offer internally displaced persons and other vulnerable groups the chance to retrain or acquire a new profession. This will help them secure decent jobs locally in roles that are in demand on the regional labour market.

Throughout the programme, participants have access to CV-writing workshops, career counselling, and sessions focused on developing essential skills such as communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Over 300 participants have already taken part in information sessions, and 77 of them have chosen a profession and been referred to vocational courses at training institutions.

The chosen specialisations and areas of study include:

  • Micro-entrepreneurship
  • SMM Manager
  • BAS Accountant
  • Hairdresser
  • Manicurist
  • Beautician

Thanks to experienced trainers and our long-standing partners, we continue to support people on their path to professional growth.
