Call for Applications: Audit, Risk Management, and Ethics Committee of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society
Thanks to the joint efforts of the Board and senior management of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, we are honoured to announce the opening of the competitive selection process for candidates to join the Audit, Risk Management, and Ethics Committee (hereafter referred to as the Committee). This Committee plays a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of transparency and ethics in our work.
We invite experienced professionals willing to make a significant contribution to the development of best practices in audit, risk management, and ethics to join our team on a voluntary basis as independent Committee members. Candidates must possess not only relevant knowledge and experience but also a strong commitment to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
To participate in the selection process, applicants should have the appropriate level of expertise, qualifications, and at least five years of managerial and professional experience in one or more of the following areas (according to the Competency Matrix for Committee Members, Appendix 1 to the Regulations):
- Risk management and internal control
- Legal and regulatory support of business activities
- Corporate governance
