Over 2,000 consultations conducted by Ukrainian Red Cross psychologists since the start of the year

If you have experienced the impact of the war, lost loved ones or your home, or found yourself in a crisis situation, you are not alone. Psychologists from the Ukrainian Red Cross offer individual and group consultations to help manage stress, anxiety, and exhaustion, and to regain emotional balance. Since the beginning of the year, our team has held over 2,000 consultations, supporting nearly 900 people across 23 regions of Ukraine.

In addition, our psychologists run awareness-raising activities for communities, teach coping skills, and promote the development of emotional resilience. They also work specifically with Ukrainian Red Cross teams and local communities to help prevent burnout among volunteers and staff, and to create support networks.

If you feel you need psychological support, please contact:

  • the Ukrainian Red Cross hotline on 0 800 332 656
  • your regional Ukrainian Red Cross office at https://redcross.org.ua/contacts/
  • the mental health and psychosocial support team of the Ukrainian Red Cross (staff or volunteers)

Ukrainian Red Cross psychologists are here to support you and help you return to a calm and socially active life!
