The Ukrainian Red Cross provides assistance to victims of the attack on Odesa

Volunteers from the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Odesa region, together with first responders from the State Emergency Service, evacuated four people from a damaged building.

At the scene of the attack, volunteers administered first aid to ten people, and another 19 people received psychological first aid.

A Ukrainian Red Cross aid station is currently operating at the site, offering a place for people to rest, access drinking water or tea, and receive humanitarian aid.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the Russian attack on Odesa caused a fire on the sixth to ninth floors of a residential building. Five people were evacuated from the burning apartments, and one person was reported dead.
