Dnipro: The Ukrainian Red Cross responds at the site of a missile strike

The team from the Dnipro regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross has established an aid station to provide both first aid and psychological first aid to those affected. Humanitarian aid, including food parcels and drinking water, is also being distributed. Residents whose homes have been damaged can receive plastic sheeting and tarpaulins to temporarily cover broken windows.

According to the Dnipro Regional Military Administration, 15 people have been killed and more than 174 injured. Emergency rescue operations are ongoing.
