The Zaporizhzhia regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Veteran PRO Zaporizhzhia Hub. The first step in this partnership was the donation of a telescopic portable ramp as part of the community rehabilitation programme.

The ramp enables barrier-free access to minibuses, public transport, and buildings with stairs that are not yet equipped with inclusive facilities. It will support travel, participation in events, and everyday needs for people with limited mobility, including veterans.

Cooperating with veterans’ initiatives is a key priority for the Ukrainian Red Cross. Together, we are creating spaces that are accessible to everyone.
