How the Ukrainian Red Cross Responds: Experience, Cooperation and Professionalism

The scale of the war in Ukraine has presented unprecedented challenges to the humanitarian community. Since 2022, the Ukrainian Red Cross has gone beyond emergency response — we have been setting new standards in coordination, speed, and efficiency.

This video highlights those who respond to crisis situations every day. It tells the story of people who do not wait for change but become the driving force behind it. It features ordinary Ukrainians — our volunteers — who come together in the most difficult moments to provide help.

The Ukrainian Red Cross is Ukrainians working for Ukrainians. We stand with those in need because we understand the pain and the needs of our communities. That is why our support is sincere, timely, and tangible.

Six of our volunteers made the ultimate sacrifice — they gave their lives. We remember each of them with deep respect. And we continue our work in their honour, for the sake of those who still need us.
