The Ukrainian Red Cross is participating in the event as a national humanitarian organisation with professional expertise in nursing. The delegation is represented by Hanna Glushchenko, Leading Nursing Development Specialist of the Ukrainian Red Cross. Also part of the Ukrainian delegation are Kateryna Komar, Chief Nursing Officer and Director of the Centre for Nursing Development at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, along with Svitlana Tevs and Iryna Vernyhora, heads of regional professional associations from the Zhytomyr and Chernihiv regions.
