The Ukrainian Red Cross, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the All-Ukrainian Association of Amalgamated Territorial Communities signed a Trilateral Memorandum of Cooperation

Today, Maksym Dotsenko, Director General of the Ukrainian Red Cross; Andrii Danyk, Head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine; and Oleksandr Korinnyi, Head of the All-Ukrainian Association of Amalgamated Territorial Communities, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The document confirms the parties’ intention to jointly strengthen the civil protection system, support the development of the volunteer movement, particularly volunteer fire brigades, and promote the enhancement of safety infrastructure within communities.

“Today is a symbolic day for us. This step brings together the two key areas of focus for the Ukrainian Red Cross: civil protection and support for local communities. The signing of this Memorandum with the State Emergency Service and the Association of Territorial Communities marks a significant milestone in improving our joint efforts,” emphasised Maksym Dotsenko.

“Today we are taking another step forward in the development of volunteer fire brigades in Ukraine,” said Andrii Danyk, Head of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

“We are pleased to welcome such a strong partner as the Ukrainian Red Cross into our collaboration with the SES of Ukraine. I believe that together we can achieve even more,” added Oleksandr Korinnyi.

Working together for the safety of our people.
