The Ukrainian Red Cross provided assistance following the attack on Kyiv

In the early hours of 24 May, Kyiv once again came under a large-scale attack by Russian UAVs and ballistic missiles, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

Throughout the night and into the morning, volunteers from the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team were deployed to two sites in the Solomianskyi and Obolonskyi districts of Kyiv. At both locations, volunteers carried out door-to-door checks and assisted first responders in evacuating residents from damaged buildings. First aid was administered to two individuals, and one person received psychological first aid.

According to the National Police of Ukraine, 15 people have been reported injured. The response operations spanned several districts of the capital, including Solomianskyi, Obolonskyi, Dniprovskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, and Holosiivskyi.
