In Poltava, the Ukrainian Red Cross conducted a training session on business plan development as part of the Reboot programme
The aim of the training was to support participants in preparing high-quality applications for the implementation of their business ideas. The session was held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to join both offline and online. Key topics included step-by-step guidance on developing various types of micro-enterprises, along with a detailed analysis of individual business plans. Participants also engaged in one-on-one consultations with programme experts to explore specific actions tailored to their business goals. Attendees learned how to complete a business plan using a dedicated template and had the chance to discuss common challenges faced along the path to entrepreneurship.
The Reboot programme is implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross with the support of the Spanish Red Cross. One of its key focus areas is to support micro-entrepreneurship among internally displaced persons and other vulnerable groups who have lost their jobs or businesses and are seeking to rebuild their livelihoods in new circumstances.
