Ukrainian Red Cross Continues Relief Efforts Following Strike on Kyiv
Volunteers from the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Kyiv region remain on the ground, supporting efforts to mitigate the aftermath of the recent strike on the capital. Working alongside emergency services, they are helping to clear rubble and recover the bodies of those killed. Volunteers are also on duty to provide first aid and psychological first aid to those affected.
The Sviatoshynskyi district branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross is also present at the site, offering water and hot drinks to emergency workers and civilians.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, as of 16:45, the death toll from the Russian strike on Kyiv has risen to 10, with 90 people injured.
Rescue operations are ongoing.
