Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team volunteers assist in response to attacks across the country

In Kherson, the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team from the regional branch promptly arrived at the site of the attack to assist victims and support emergency services. Volunteers inspected damaged buildings, provided first aid to one injured person, and offered psychological first aid to two others.
According to the Kherson Regional Military Administration, four people were injured as a result of the air strike.

Also yesterday, volunteers from the Mykolaiv regional emergency response team of the Ukrainian Red Cross worked alongside firefighters from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine to extinguish a large fire. Volunteers provided first aid, psychological first aid, and distributed drinking water to first responders.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Mykolaiv region, a fire broke out in a warehouse following Russian shelling. Fueled by flammable household goods, the fire spread across 700 square metres. No casualties were reported. .
