A series of computer literacy training sessions for vulnerable groups has been launched in Ternopil
At the West Ukrainian National University, participants will learn how to work with various programmes, helping them become more competitive candidates in the local labour market. This training is part of the “Reboot: Expanding Employment Opportunities” programme, implemented by the Ukrainian Red Cross in the Ternopil region, with support from the Spanish and Swiss Red Crosses.
Programme participants will cover:
- Basic email functions to enhance work and communication.
- Software tools for automating calculations and effective data analysis.
- Proper computer usage for improved learning and work.
Yurii Semenenko, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Economic Cybernetics and Informatics at the West Ukrainian National University, led the first session. He conducted the training on a volunteer basis.
Thanks to the premises and equipment provided by the West Ukrainian National University, we can train experienced users who will be able to find employment more quickly and efficiently after completing the training.
