The Ukrainian Red Cross provides assistance following Russian attacks on Mykolaiv and Kyiv

Yesterday evening, the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Mykolaiv region swiftly joined the efforts to assist in the aftermath of a drone strike on the city’s private sector. The volunteers, alongside emergency workers, operated at three locations where the drones had struck: they inspected the surrounding area and administered first aid to two victims.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the attack caused damage to residential buildings and vehicles, and resulted in three injuries.

The emergency response team of the National Committee of the Ukrainian Red Cross worked in the Obolon district of the capital following a morning missile strike. Volunteers established an aid station, stood by in case of further casualties, and provided emergency workers with drinking water and hot beverages.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Russian forces launched ballistic missiles at Kyiv this morning. The Darnytskyi, Obolonskyi, and Solomianskyi districts were the worst affected. Three individuals were reported injured.
