Civil Defence Day with the Ukrainian Red Cross

In Lviv, schoolchildren were taught how to recognise explosive devices and what actions to take in the event of a threat. Mine risk specialists from the Ukrainian Red Cross spoke about dangerous areas, safety rules, and ways to minimise risks.
The children didn’t just listen — they also practised the steps to follow if they find a mine. Such knowledge can save lives!
