Evacuation from the border of the Sumy region continues
Over the past two days, 57 residents have been evacuated from the village of Myropillia, located on the border of the Sumy region.
Despite the heavy shelling, the evacuation of civilians was carried out in coordination with local authorities, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, and the National Police of Ukraine.
Volunteers from the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Sumy region successfully evacuated 31 people, two of whom were disabled.
The Sumy regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross is assisting with the evacuation, at no cost, of people with disabilities and bedridden patients in need of medical care from border communities.
