The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in Zaporizhzhia provided assistance at the site of a Russian attack
Together with other emergency services in the city, the volunteers worked at the scene of another Russian UAV strike. Specifically, they provided psychological first aid to five victims and administered first aid to one emergency worker involved in the rescue operation.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the falling wreckage of a Russian drone destroyed the roof of a two-storey residential building, leading to a large-scale fire. The blast wave also damaged neighbouring houses. Two people were injured in the attack, and a 31-year-old woman was hospitalised.
