In Lviv, a five-day training for psychological first aid trainers took place
From 17 to 21 February 2025, the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support team of the Ukrainian Red Cross, with the support of the European Commission under the #EU4Health programme, conducted training for future Psychological First Aid (PFA) trainers.
The training aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of trainers and instructors, ensuring high-quality psychological first aid training.
Participants deepened their understanding of PFA principles and developed practical skills in supporting people in crisis situations. This will not only help them effectively assist those in stressful circumstances but also enable them to train others to provide the necessary support across the country.
Тhe training marked an important step in preparing professionals who will be able to respond swiftly and effectively to crisis challenges, contributing to the mental health and well-being of individuals.
