The Ukrainian Red Cross is operating at the scene of the morning attack on Odesa
The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Odesa region is working on-site following the incident. Volunteers have provided first aid to three victims, and many others are seeking psychological first aid. A Ukrainian Red Cross tent has been set up where people can receive essential assistance, including plastic sheeting and tarpaulins for temporary window repairs, charge their mobile devices, and have hot tea.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, four people were injured in the attack on Odesa. In one of the city’s districts, windows in three nine-storey buildings and ten nearby cars were damaged. In another district, apartments on the 18th floor of a twenty-storey residential building were also affected.
