The Ukrainian Red Cross has handed over 3D information and visual displays on “Mines and Explosive Ordnance” to Hostomel Lyceum
Svitlana Avramenko, Head of the Humanitarian Access and Protection Department of the Ukrainian Red Cross, with support from the Italian Red Cross, delivered a set of 3D information and visual displays titled “Mines and Explosive Ordnance” to Hostomel Lyceum No. 1. These materials will serve as an important educational tool in the Defence of Ukraine lessons.
The Defence of Ukraine lessons are becoming increasingly relevant today. Knowledge of what explosive devices look like and how to act if they are discovered can be crucial in critical situations, potentially saving lives. The 3D displays will assist teachers in explaining essential safety rules to students, helping them avoid risks in their daily lives.
Developing a culture of safe behaviour among young people is a priority for the Ukrainian Red Cross. We remain committed to ensuring the safety of every citizen, so that future generations will grow up with both awareness and confidence in their safety.
Follow the basic rules: do not touch, do not approach, and report any danger by calling 101 or 102.
Together, we will make Ukraine safer!
