Over the course of a month, the Ukrainian Red Cross Home-Based Care team conducted nearly 5,000 visits in the Mykolaiv region

Currently, social services are being provided to 365 lonely elderly people and people with disabilities across 36 localities in the Mykolaiv region. The Ukrainian Red Cross social helpers assist with everyday issues and provide first aid and psychological support when needed.

Additionally, this month, 80 beneficiaries received washing machines as part of the “Clean Longevity” project, which operates under the “Support for Socially Important Initiatives in the Mykolaiv Region” programme, supported by the NGO “Youth of Ukraine”, the Ukrainian Educational Platform, and funded by DanChurchAid.
