The choice of profession depends on many factors, including personal traits, skills, interests, abilities, life circumstances, and social environment. Our personality plays a key role in this decision. For instance, individuals with a high level of intrinsic motivation tend to thrive in professions they excel at. Success-oriented individuals may prefer careers that allow them to develop their abilities and skills.

A psychologist regularly conducts sessions aimed at helping participants prepare for employment, develop their personal potential, foster independence and confidence, and build the skills needed for a successful career. Participants can choose a suitable profession and pursue the job they desire.

It is worth noting that the “Reboot: Expanding Employment Opportunities” project is being implemented in the Mykolaiv region by the Ukrainian Red Cross, with the support of the Spanish Red Cross and the Danish Red Cross. The project aims to enhance skills or teach a new profession to vulnerable populations, thereby increasing their chances of finding employment in their local area.
