n Zakarpatska oblast, more than 100 children took part in first aid seminars given by instructors of Ukrainian Red Cross

Children were taught basic first aid skills to help themselves and others, were told how to call for help in a life-threatening situation, and were demonstrated many practical skills using the necessary first aid materials.

In addition, the team of volunteers of the Emergency response team conducted a small tour for children in a specially equipped car of Ukrainian Red Cross. Here, children had the opportunity to try on volunteer uniforms, put on protective helmets and feel like real volunteers of Ukrainian Red Cross, who are ready to provide first aid to casualties.

Such classes allow children at such a young age to start learning vital first aid skills, which in the future will be able to save more than one human life.
