THE UKRAINIAN RED CROSS INTEGRITY LINE

As the largest humanitarian organization in the country, the Ukrainian Red Cross is committed to upholding the principles of honesty, transparency, and high standards at all times. This commitment is vital not only for us but also for those we aim to protect and support. Within the organization, we foster a safe and open environment where everyone can freely express their concerns and fears.

The Integrity Line provides a secure way to share information about actions that do not align with our values or standards. It is a platform where your voice can be heard, and each report is thoroughly investigated by specialized experts.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?

Your courage to report inappropriate actions helps us maintain transparency, fight corruption, and foster a healthy corporate culture within the organization.

The full transparency and 100% confidentiality of the Integrity Line are guaranteed by the fact that the Ukrainian Red Cross leadership has no influence on the process of receiving reports or providing feedback to the whistleblower, as this process is managed by an external contractor in collaboration with the organization’s compliance unit.
