In the Rivne region, members of the Active Longevity Club meet regularly

Meetings of the Active Longevity Club ‘Workshop 100’ go beyond needlework. The latest event focused on psychosocial support, where participants learned breathing techniques to help manage their emotions, relieve tension, and foster a positive mindset. This approach is an excellent way to care for one’s health and enhance overall quality of life.

It is worth noting that the Active Longevity Clubs were established by the Ukrainian Red Cross to support older people by providing education and opportunities for socialisation.
