Another Russian Attack on Kharkiv

Russian bombs have again struck a multi-storey residential building and the private sector of the city, with one of the attacks hitting a civilian food processing plant. According to the mayor of Kharkiv, there are three fatalities and 28 injuries.

Rescue operations are currently underway, with the Ukrainian Red Cross team and all relevant city services working at the scene.
