Training on the importance of feedback from recipients of assistance was conducted for the Home-Based Care team in the Kirovohrad region
Organisational development is crucial, as it allows the organisation to advance, gain experience, and, most importantly, enhance its activities to provide even higher-quality care to more people.
Thus, information sessions were held for volunteers and social assistants in the Home-Based Care programme of the Kirovohrad regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross. These sessions covered feedback mechanisms and their importance in the organisation’s activities and included a feedback form.
Feedback refers to any information received by an organisation about its activities. A feedback mechanism is a system designed for receiving and analysing community feedback, which includes complaints, questions, requests, suggestions, rumours, or endorsements, and for responding to and acting upon such feedback.
The Ukrainian Red Cross aims to facilitate more active involvement from the community, volunteers, and other feedback providers by accepting messages and reviews. To achieve this, the organisation offers various channels for receiving and collecting information and promotes the development of a unified information system for registering and recording feedback. This system’s operation may be governed by a separate document.
