When difficult situations arise, it is important to know where to turn for help

Ukrainian Red Cross Community Centers have social counsellors who help people navigate challenging situations, from replacing documents and submitting applications to finding accommodation, accessing social services and receiving other necessary assistance.

Tamila turned to a Community Center after her home was destroyed to submit a claim to the Register of Damage for Ukraine. A social counsellor helped her understand which documents were needed and submit her claim.
